The Application Status And Countermeasure Study Of Social Media In Library Service

With the rapid development of mobile internet technology and mobile terminal application,We have entered the era of regarding internet as the main channel to exchange users' information at this stage.Not only wide and complicated information source,but multilevel social method makes people dizzy.Social media has variescharacteristics,such as encouraging the library users to participate in and forming network interconnection,providing personalized recommendation service for library users.In the era of Web2.0,the library uses the concept and technology of social media,convenient acquisition and sharing for information to promote and publicize library services,and then we can gain the trust and dependence from users to promote the level of library services.Starting from the user services,this paper uses the present library journals,databases and various search engines(Baidu,Google,etc),at the same time collects books and materials,combines with research results and the latest research..We also summarize the application status of social media in library services by questionnaire and network research,and put forward constructive method.This paper researches on the theory and practice in social media by combining with the practical application.so the whole content is divided into five chapters.The first chapter introduces the background objective significance of topic and research method etc.According to the research and analysis on the social media,We find out the emphasis of the theoretical research,then sum up and summarize the application of social media to library services;The second chapter studies the present situation of application in social media at home and abroad,at the same time,through investigation and comparison of library social media services,we analyze the commons and differences in the application of domestic and foreign social media library;The third chapter putsforward the problems of nowadays library in social media,such asthe limitation,the weakness of privacy protection,a lack of the evaluation for user's demands,the weakness of service concepts,and a lack of characteristic services etc.After elucidating the unified management and evaluation system which are respectively corresponding to the establishment,we can make effective system to protect user's privacy,formulate the solution for library to utilize the social media services better.In the fourth chapter I link theory with practice,and elucidate the application of the library social media services by analyzing the cases of the library WeChat application platform;In the Chapter five,I summarize the whole article,list the emphasis and deficiency in the studies.
