The current environment is filled with the rapid development of big data,cloud storage and the mobile application technology,and the formation of the concept of cultural education including open learning and mobile reading.The developmental route and the scale of mobile library services in universities are guided and influenced by these factors.User services quality evaluation and satisfaction are decisive factors to measure university libraries' value and development prospects.This paper took the actual development needs and the research status of academic mobile library as the starting point.It analyzed the factors affecting the satisfaction of mobile library services of universities in Henan province and identified the logical relationships between the factors based on user experience around the whole process of the mobile library services from provision to use.Based on the analyses,it put forward specific strategies to enhance user satisfaction as well as the quality of mobile library services.The mobile library service given in this paper refers to the library services provided through the mobile SMS,mobile websites and mobile applications.This paper explored the optimized strategies to enhance mobile library service quality and user satisfaction based on the customer satisfaction theory and the application of mobile library services of Universities in Henan province.The research includes the following contents: a preliminary analysis of user satisfaction dimensions to mobile library services based on the content analysis of the online data of the application and development of mobile library services of universities in Henan province,user satisfaction model construction based on field interviews and grounded theory,and strategies on the improvement of user satisfaction of mobile library services.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The volume and service consciousness of universities in Henan province is increasing yearly.In the Mobile library service aspect,the problems are mainly in the promotion and implementation,function,system stability and usability and user feedback processing.User satisfaction is mainly reflected in the university library dimension and the mobile library dimension.(2)The factors,influencing the user satisfaction of mobile library services of Universities in Henan province,include library self-attribution,competition environment and user self-attribution.The library self-attribution affects the satisfaction through two ways: On the one hand,mobile library services become the factors which affect user satisfaction through promotion and services;On the other hand,mobile library services,with influence on some aspects in user attribution,indirectly affect the objective evaluation and satisfaction to user experience.The user attribution area,the user satisfaction is affected by the subjective motivations such as users' psychology,physiology,personal abilities,behavior,convenient requirements and so on.Competitors can directly affect the service strategies of mobile library services user satisfaction;(3)This paper pointed out the strategies and protections on service efficiency and user satisfaction improvement based on above research.
