With the rise of the micro-information platforms such as micro-blog and WeChat,people's information needs,information acquisition habits and information utilization methods have undergone profound changes,which prompting digital library and other information service agencies to extend their services to the environment of micro-information and rely on mobile devices and social networking platforms to carry out micro-services.Although most university libraries have opened micro-service platforms at present,there is a long distance between the opening of micro-service platforms and that can provide users with refined personalized information needs and the users' perceived useful and continuous use.The current status of research on library micro-services shows that there are differences in micro-service content,functions and micro-platform features provided by libraries.The study of the influence degree and influence mode of these difference factors on the users' behavior,satisfaction and perceived benefits will help provide the theoretical basis and criteria for selecting the best path for the improvement of micro-services.This article summarized and defined the related concepts of library micro-services,combed the research status of library micro-services at home and abroad and systematically combed the theory of information system success model.At the same time,this article selected the research objects of this study and systematically investigated the current status of micro-services in our university libraries from micro-service platform development,platform construction content,platform functions,platform utilization,etc.,and used the survey results as an important basis for the measurement index and one of the sources of follow-up questionnaire design items.On this basis,the research model and hypothesis of the effect of university library micro-services and its influencing factors were put forward.At the same time,the evaluation scale and questionnaire were designed to conduct pre-investigation,carried out an empirical study on the revised scale and then used statistical software to do confirmatory factor analysis,structural equation model analysis and difference analysis of the recovered data.It is found that,there are great differences in the development of micro-service platforms in different university libraries.The most used micro-platform is the library WeChat public number,followed by the Superstar Mobile Library APP,the library micro-blog public number is less users,and some users will use other library APP.From the view of user perceived micro-service quality of university library,users believe that the micro-content is easy to understand,while the evaluation of micro-content form diversity,micro-knowledge help is slightly lower,and users are more acceptable to the quality of the micro-platform interface,while the stability of the micro-platform has caused certain problems for some users,also the user interaction channel of micro-platform is a short board.According to the effect of user perceived University Library micro-service,the interviewed users have higher evaluation on the satisfaction,the continuous use intention and the user income of the university library,which is slightly lower in the benefit of establishing the learning and communication circle in the library micro-platform.According to the influencing factors of the effect of university library micro-service,micro-service quality,micro-content quality and micro-platform system quality have a significant positive influence on user satisfaction and the influence of these variables falls in turn;user satisfaction has a significant positive influence on user benefits,and micro-content quality,micro-platform system quality and micro-service quality indirectly affect user benefits through the intermediary role of user satisfaction;user satisfaction has the greatest impact on the intention of continuous use,followed by micro-service quality,user benefits,micro-content quality,personal cognition and micro-platform system quality.Owing to users' different identities and use conditions,there are significant individual differences in some variables.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the micro-service of University Library from the aspects of the quality of micro-content,micro-platform system,micro-service and the promotion and guidance of service.
