The continuous penetration of Internet technology and wide popularity of mobile network technologies are completely changing the service industry nowadays.In addition,mobile library services are also undergoing tremendous changes in this trend.Recently,libraries and mobile data service providers are constantly innovating mobile library service models.For example,Internet-connected electronic devices have replaced busy librarians;available mobile network devices have made library services no longer subject to time and space,which refresh the accesses to book services,and followed by the emergence of a large number of mobile library services and updated contents.Then the mobile library service market comes into being.With no exception,the choice of users determines the direction of their service and the service content.Therefore,based on the theory of user perceived value,this paper aims to conduct an in-depth study of the current mobile library service market in order to promote the healthy and efficient development of mobile library services.The citation of the theory can more directly reflect the subjective cognition of the user's mobile library service media and service content,including perceived benefits and perceived gains and losses,which are combined to propose a more effective optimization strategy for the mobile library service market.In the aspect of content structure,first of all,this article reviews the history of its developments of mobile library service documents at home and abroad,presenting the definition of mobile library services on the basis of theoretical research,technical research,applied research,and humanistic research.Secondly,this paper studies and outlines the theory of user perceived value,defining the user perceived value of mobile library services.Based on the characteristics of mobile library services,this paper takes the appropriate user perceived value model as its theoretical foundation.Then,this paper scales the user perceived value of mobile library services and conducts a questionnaire survey.With the help of SPSS19.0 and AMOS17.0,this paper confirms the reliability and validity of the collected data after a confirmatory analysis.Furthermore,combined with the problems reflected by the data and the actual needs of users,the data is analyzed by factor weights.Finally,an optimization strategy is proposed for mobile library services to promote the development of the mobile library service market.
