The information technology is closing the distance between the world,at the same time,improving the market competition among enterprises In global integration of today.In order to improve enterprise management level and improve the rapid expansion of production and operation of an enterprise,more and more small and medium-sized enterprise have taken ERP as the first choice to improve enterprise management level.However,the success rate of Implementation of ERP in small and medium-sized enterprises in our country is generally low,and the ERP mplementation method based on business process management(BPM)may improve the effect of enterprise ERP project implementation for small and medium-sized.This thesis takes Zhongji company as the background for the ERP implementation method research based on BPM,we have analysised the research background and research status at home and abroad,and introduced the ERP theory and the process management of related theory,analyzed the status quo,necessity,feasibility and implementation of the Zhongji company ERP implementation,on this basis,we has carried on the detailed analysis and diagnosis for Zhongji company ERP process,and the weak link in the process improvement and optimization,on the Zhongji company ERP system architecture design,and production management module,for example,secondary development to realize the system,combining the theory of BPM.This thesis mainly completed work is as follows:First,we have analyzed the BPM,ERP system,process management and the relationship between the core theory and introduces the method of process management,business process analysis method from the BPM,ERP and process management theory.Second,we have analyzed the implementation background of the Zhongji company and the industry status quo of Zhongji company and analyzed the feasibility,necessity,the implementation of ERP implementation in detail,and made a brief introduction for the preparing work before the implementation of ERP of Zhongji company.Third,according to the content of business process management(BRM)to analyzed the Zhongji company's business processes,and analysis and diagnosis respectively from the Zhongji company system planning principles and planning,marketing management process,production management,procurement management processes,human resources management,financial management processes.Fourth,we have improved and optimized the company's sales management process,production management,procurement management processes,human resources management,financial management processes according to the results of the diagnosis of Zhongji company process.Fifth,we have done the secondary development of Zhongji company ERP system in combination with the practical situation of Zhongji company,introduced the development process respectively two aspects from the system architecture design and production management module development.
