Advancing the enterprise management information energetically,is the important method of implement the productivity developmentBased on the limits of history and actual condition,ANLING differed greatly from the advanced iron and steel enterprise in the Europe, the USA, the Japan,the POSCO, the CSC, the baosteel etc. In the enterprise management,new product study and development and the optimize of technology,especially in the technology innovation and management innovation.To break the bottleneck of enterprise development,from the end of2009year, ANLING referred the successful experience of advanced iron and steel enterprise, developed actively the integrate information management system, integrated the product, sale study.it promoted the enterprise management innovation,technology innovation, improved fully ANLING competition.The thesis study implement of ANLING management information.The studied content and work are following four point.(1) To comprehend and understand the management information theory.we want to try our best to direct the development of the ANLING management information system through setting forth the basic concept and core point of ERP,BPR and IRP.(2) To fix on the system implement aim.we go to the aim of ERP system of our enterprise ANLING through the analyse of characteristic of Large Unite Iron and Steel Enterprise and the analyse how to implement the ERP system in Large Unite Iron and Steel Enterprise.(3) The process of ERP system implement. The process include of the implement of BPR,IRP, system functions and system infrastructure。(4) The appraise of implementing effect. Though the project evaluation is the last step in the course of ERP implement.but that doesn’t mean project evaluation is not important.on the contrary, project evaluation is the direct reflection of ERP implement. To evaluate the implement result correctly, can not get away from clear implement target, objective evaluation standard and the evaluation method of sciences.
