Research On The Influencing Factors Of University Mobile Library Users' Willingness To Continue Use

The development of modern technology provides technical support for mobile information services,and also provides an opportunity for the library business to expand to the mobile service model.Mobile library service has become a new direction of library development,and has been valued by many researchers at home and abroad.Libraries,including university libraries,have invested a lot of resources in the construction of mobile library services.However,the actual use effect of mobile library services has not reached the expectation,and there are some problems such as low user utilization rate,low recognition degree and low enthusiasm degree.As a new information system,college mobile library service system needs to gain the enthusiasm of the user group,which is mainly college students,in order to give full play to its maximum value and achieve the success of the information system.At present,most scholars' studies on mobile library users' usage behaviors focus on the adoption and acceptance stage of users.However,the key to promoting the sustainable development of mobile library services is the continuous willingness of users to use mobile library services based on their own perception after the initial acceptance.Through the literature survey of the research on the intention of continuous use of mobile library services in recent years,the author finds that the research models used by different scholars are scattered,and the research conclusions are divergent.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth survey on college students of mobile library services,and grasp the influence mechanism of users' willingness to continue to use,so as to improve the service quality of mobile library.This paper mainly explores the factors and mechanisms that influence mobile library users' willingness to continue using.Firstly,by combing domestic and foreign literature,the research status of mobile library service and sustainable use intention is summarized.Referring to the existing literature,this paper defines the connotation of mobile library service.Secondly,with mobile library users as the objects of in-depth interview,through the three-level coding of grounded theory,combined with the technology acceptance model,the success model of information system and the continuous use model of information system users,this paper constructs the influencing factor model of the continued use intention of university mobile library service users.And put forward the corresponding hypothesis.Finally,the questionnaire survey was used to collect data for statistical analysis.The reliability and validity analysis,confirmatory factor analysis and model path analysis of 282 questionnaire data were carried out by SPSS26.0 and AMOS23.0 to verify the validity of theoretical analysis.The empirical results show that system quality,information quality,service quality,expectation confirmation and perceived usefulness all have positive effects on user satisfaction and intention to continue using,and users' personal traits and community influence directly affect intention to continue using.According to the empirical results and in combination with the specific contents of in-depth interviews,the following suggestions are put forward for mobile library to improve users' willingness to continue using:(1)Enrich and integrate resources to ensure the quality of information content;(2)To meet personalized needs and enhance service level;(3)The stability of the system itself and the high quality design cannot be ignored;(4)Increase on-campus publicity to improve user awareness.
