With the development of information technology,mobile Internet has entered a comprehensive development stage,the development of technology makes the mobile application scene has been greatly enriched.At the same time,people's reading habits have undergone tremendous changes,from the traditional paper media to the digital media,more and more people began to mobile phones,pad and other mobile terminals to read.In order to conform to the development of the times,the domestic colleges and universities have launched the mobile library service,the mobile library service has become one of the major development direction of the university library.To develop a mobile library,it is necessary to improve the quality of service and service capabilities of mobile libraries.It is an important measure to improve and perfect the service strategy of mobile library and improve the quality of service by improving the evaluation of the satisfaction of mobile library service.In the face of the diversified needs of users,how to improve the level of user satisfaction for mobile library services in colleges and universities has become a new research topic.Based on the characteristics of user's mobile library,this paper constructs the evaluation model of mobile library user satisfaction in colleges and universities,and analyzes the main factors that affect the customer satisfaction of mobile library in Chinese colleges and universities.This paper is composed of five parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research background,research purpose and significance,research status and innovation point at home and abroad.The second part mainly elaborates the related concepts and theoretical basis,including the mobile library,the connotation and characteristics of the user satisfaction,the service content of the mobile library,the relevant theory of the mobile library and the influencing factors of the user satisfaction.The third part analyzes the influencing factors of user satisfaction of mobile library in colleges and universities,and constructs the evaluation model of user satisfaction of mobile library in colleges and universities according to the principle of evaluation index construction.The fourth part is based on the third part,through the relevant software and structural equation model method to analyze the data collected in the questionnaire to verify the correctness of the model established in the third part,summed up the impact of college mobile library customer satisfaction Important influencing factors,and then put forward the strategies and suggestions to improve the university users'satisfaction.The fifth part is the summary of the research results and the prospect of the future.
