Among the various attributes and functions of libraries,service is the most important one.The service obtained from the library needs satisfy the users,thus becoming an curical standard to measure the ability and level of the library.With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology in today's era,more and more online libraries,mobile libraries and digital libraries have emerged,which have a huge impact on physical libraries.Combined with the actual situation of colleges and universities,the task of scientific research in Colleges and universities is enormous.Teachers' demand for Frontier Literature and the timeliness of updating becomes increasingly more intense.In addition,as an important service object of University libraries,the needs of student users are gradually showing a diversified trend,and personality factors are playing more and more important role.All the factors mentioned above have a great and far-reaching impact on the working functions,service modes and business scope of the library.Therefore,the research on the satisfaction evaluation of service quality of University Libraries in AH Province based on user experience has important practical significance,which is conducive not only to improving user experience,but also to improving the service quality of libraries.Firstly,this paper reviews and reviews the research status,evaluation models and evaluation methods of library service quality at home and abroad.On this basis,the LibQUAL+? model is selected as the theoretical model of this study.In the field visits to university libraries,the main factors affecting the satisfaction of user experience of University Libraries in AH Province are the insufficient collection resources,The user's accessibility to resources and services is low,the poor overall environment of the library and the poor service ability of librarians.Secondly,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the practical experience of different levels and different types of users of University Libraries in AH Province,obtains the first-hand data of user experience satisfaction,carries out descriptive evaluation and comprehensive evaluation of user experience satisfaction based on empirical survey data,and finally obtains convenience from collection construction and optimization,improving resources and services,beautifying Library environmental equipment,and carrying out comprehensive evaluation.Four aspects of the service quality of high librarians put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize and improve the service quality of University Libraries in AH Province.
