Customer loyalty has become a major source for a company to gain competitive advantage and create value,and it has become a key element in service marketing.Therefore,customer loyalty theory has become a research topic that is highly valued by both academic and business communities.The library also belongs to the service industry,therefore user loyalty is the final standard for testing and evaluating the quality of library work.The library reflects the value of the library by providing users with information resources,space resources and other services.In this way,users become the direct source of the library's value,because loyal users tend to use the resources of the library frequently,enjoy various services of the library,communicate the good reputation of the library actively and recommend the library to others.In addition,they will not change their attitude towards the library whatever the the outside world is.At present,there is not much research on the loyalty of university library users,especially from an empirical perspective.Based on the previous studies,this article does empirical research on evaluation of the loyalty of student users in university libraries.The passage first introduces the background,purpose,significance,methods and content of the research.Then it summarizes the domestic and foreign research results on user loyalty.Next,according to the unique characteristics of the library industry,it constructs evaluation indicators for evaluating library users.In the process of constructing the indicator system,the system first generates indicators through a large number of literature surveys,and then through group discussions and the review of experts by the experts.Finally,an evaluation system including 23 items is compiled,and a questionnaire is designed.The questionnaire were conducted by field surveys and online surveys and a total of 278 valid questionnaires were retrieved during the survey.A series of analyses including correlation analysis,factor analysis,reliability,andvalidity were performed on the collected data,and a 22-item evaluation was finally obtained.System,the index system includes the external effect of satisfaction;Finally,this appraisal system is used to describe the analysis,correlation analysis,and classification analysis of collected data,and proposes meaningful countermeasures and suggestions for library construction based on the analysis results.
