Research On Factors Influencing Academic Library Information Disclosure Satisfaction In Henan Province

The rapid development of the Internet and the formation of new education methods such as "Internet plus education" not only affect the speed and mode of information dissemination and reception,but also replace the real-time demand of information users in contemporary library.In addition,library information disclosure can not only protect the right to know of users,but also can carry out transparent supervision of library business.Under this background,the information disclosure reform of Academic library emerges as the times require.Moreover,the reform should be built on the satisfaction and influencing factors of users in all aspects of its service.Therefore,this thesis takes the research status of information disclosure of Academic library at home and abroad as the theoretical research,selects the users of Academic library in Henan Province as the interviewees,takes interview survey as data collection method and grounded theory as the data processing method,carries on the empirical research,in order to analyze the composition and correlation of the factors Influencing academic library Information disclosure satisfaction in Henan Province.Thesis consists of six chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which describes the background and significance,related concepts,content and framework,methods and innovations.The second chapter is a review of the literature,which presents the research status at home and abroad,and is also the theoretical research part of this thesis.The third chapter is the description of this study,including the operation method,the process of data collection and handling.The fourth chapter is the empirical part of the study,using the semi-structured interview method to collect data,using the three-level coding of grounded theory to analyze the data,get the composition and correlation of the factors Influencing academic library information disclosure satisfaction in Henan Province,and design the relevant model.The fifth chapter is based on the research results of the fourth chapter and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from two levels of internal motivation and external support,to improve the user satisfaction of information disclosure of academic library in Henan Province.The sixth chapter is a brief summary and insufficient prospect of this study.The research results are as follows: firstly,the factors of information disclosure user satisfaction of academic Library in Henan Province are user attribution and library attribution.User attribution is internal cause,including user psychology,user behavior,user demand and objective conditions.Library attribution is an external cause,including open information,open platform,service publicity,service management,service environment,internal and external causes mutual connection and joint action.Secondly,based on the above influencing factors,from the internal power and external support two levels,this paper puts forward countermeasures to improve the user satisfaction of information disclosure in Henan Province academic library from six aspects: implementing service survey,meeting information needs,expanding service publicity,establishing an open platform,improving environmental equipment,and formulating management rules.
