As the traditional industry, as the economic development and business expansion,to the Bank of human resources management work put forward higher requirements.Bank human resources management is related to the development of the lifeline, the use of effective means to improve the efficiency and quality of human resource management is the inevitable requirement of the modernization of the bank's human resources management, but also the necessary conditions for the standardization of the bank to the scientific human resources management. With the development of software and network technology, the use of the system to improve the efficiency of human resources management and explore the potential of intellectual value, from the tedious repetitive work of human resources management staff, so that it can better tap the human resources,is a new type of collaborative intelligence management model,can greatly improve the core competitiveness of the bank.In this paper, the development process of standard software engineering is used to analyze the actual business of the human resources management department of a commercial bank, and then the feasibility analysis and user analysis are accomplished.In this technology, the UML language is used to analyze and describe the bank's needs in human resource management, and the non functional requirements analysis is given at the same time. The use of object-oriented thinking, the design of the actual work needs of the bank human resource management system, and finally the use of ASP.NET technology and SERVER SQL 2008 database technology encoding to achieve the system function, the core of the system functions include user login exit,personnel file management, organization management, employee training management, personnel changes management and system management.Through standard and reasonable system design, it can be realized by the management of the bank's daily employees, transfer, training, archives and other information. It can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of human resource management. It can promote the scientific and standardized management of human resources, promote the comprehensive quality of the staff, improve the core competitiveness of the bank.
