In the era of accelerating information technology,information technology is a key factor for all enterprises to seize the commanding heights of the industry.How to develop a business process-compliant management system for specific industries in the current era is a problem that every enterprise needs to consider.The same is true for Bohai Bank.Since its establishment in December 2005,Bohai Bank has continued to grow and develop,and its personnel has also experienced exponential growth.The external business has been expanding.Under this situation,how to allocate human resources has become a Important and urgently needed to solve.This paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of the existing bank human resource management system on the market,understands the current shortage of human resource management,and combines the specific business of the bank to form a characteristic human resource management process,while enriching the scope of management.At the same time,comprehensive management is carried out to construct a practical human resource management information system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,this paper starts from the historical development process of Bohai Bank,combines the business characteristics and industry standards of commercial banks,analyzes the pain points and blind spots of human resource management in the bank,and studies the results of human capital development at home and abroad.According to the actual situation of Bohai Bank,the significance of human resources management is proposed.Secondly,the key technologies of system development are introduced.This system mainly uses Javalanguage to develop main business,using SSH framework,the front end part is developed by JavaScript,and MySQL is used as system database.Data information in the storage system.In addition,from the business scenario,the overall demand of the human resources management system of Bohai Bank is analyzed.Based on the system requirements,the basic needs of each role are discussed.On this basis,the non-functional requirements analysis and feasibility analysis of the system are analyzed.After the demand analysis,the system design was carried out.The structure,module and database were designed in detail.The system mainly includes six modules: system management,personnel management,recruitment management,attendance management,training management and organization management.The requirements and design schemes are used to realize the system functions,and each module and each sub-function are debugged and tested.Through the actual use of the system,all the processes of Bohai Bank's human resources management can be satisfied,and the daily business of the bank is basically covered.The scenario proves that the system is practical and stable.The Bohai Bank Human Resource Management System is developed for the personnel relationship in Bohai Bank.By combining the unique resource management methods of the Bank and the general-purpose business of human resources,the Bank constitutes a human resource management business based on the bank and satisfies the demand analysis.All the requirements of the stage apply to the daily use of the human resources management department of Bohai Bank.After the system is implemented,it can improve the efficiency of the human resources management of Bohai Bank to a certain extent,and free the bank personnel personnel from the complicated work.
