The problem of water waste in China has been very serious,which not only hindered the development of the economy is also harmful to the surrounding environment,so the occurrence of water leakage monitoring is very necessary.In recent years,Wireless Sensor Network have shown a high-speed development and application of the situation.As the wireless sensor network with low power consumption,low cost,self-organization and other characteristics,so that in the medical care,home entertainment,industrial manufacturing,environmental monitoring and other fields have been widely used.Especially after the GSM network,the remote wireless transceiver of data for the wireless sensor network adds color,this approach began to gradually replace the traditional hand-held devices to obtain field data method.The staff only need to install the corresponding sensor equipment in the industrial field,through the wireless sensor technology to achieve real-time remote data transmission and reception.This paper designs a collection system of pipeline leakage signal based on wireless sensor network.The system is designed to provide data support for the location of the pipeline water leakage.The system will send the leaking data collected by the sound sensor to the host computer in real time and accurately through the wireless transmission.The subject is divided into three parts to complete,that is,the design of the data acquisition terminal,the design of the coordinator gateway,the design of the data receiving end.Data acquisition using zigbee module with a sound sensor to complete,the coordinator gateway by the zigbee coordinator,ARM Cortex-M3 kernel STM32 series processors and GPRS module built.First,the leak data through the zigbee wireless sensor network sent to the coordinator,and then STM32 through the serial port directly transmit the data to the GPRS module,and finally the GPRS data through GPRS sent to the host computer receiver,This topic uses C#language to complete the preparation of the host computer software for the display and storage of data,the host computer can control the transmission of different nodes or not,the water leakage data has achieved the characters and waveform display,where the character data can be real-time Save to SQL Server 2008 database.After the pipeline leak monitoring system is completed,the various modules for step-by-step testing and testing of the entire system,the test results basically meet the desired target.
