The waste of water resources always is a big problem in people's lives,and the strategies and methods of managing waste of water resources are also different.Water leakage is one of the main reasons for the waste of water resources.There are many ways to detect water leakage all over the world,but most of the methods are complex and costly.In recent years,ZigBee wireless communication network has developed rapidly,and we can see it in many fields,such as the industrial,life,agriculture,medical and other fields.Because of the characteristic as low cost,low power consumption,self-network,high reliability network construction,ZigBee wireless communication network can be a good use to the detection system of pipeline leak.At the same time,some method can be used to achieve remote monitoring,to better cope with the environment to be detected and other complex issues.In the programming of pipeline leak detection and leakage point positioning system,we must first realize the collection of leakage signal.This paper is about the design of pipeline leakage signal acquisition system based on ZigBee/GPRS.The hardware platform includes sound sensor,ZigBee node,STM32,GPRS module and PC.There are three parts of the program design in this paper,ZigBee node programming,STM32 programming and PC design.In this article,STM32 is the main controller,be connected with the ZigBee coordinator node,and GPRS module in the form of serial.The main program design of STM32 is the connection to the PC and sending data each other.ZigBee node programming includes two aspects,one is the coordinator node,the other is the terminal node.After successfully receiving the control command from the PC,the coordinator node will broadcasts it to the wireless network,and waits for the return of data.All other nodes called terminal node in the network receives the control command,and analyzes the contents of the command to determine whether start the data collection or not.When the collection is completed,the terminal node sends the data to the coordinator node separately.PC program design includes host computer interface design,and socket network programming and database storage,etc.All the program design of PC is done by the VS 2012 and C#.In this paper,the final function of the design is selecting node in the PC interface and collecting the data from node through the GPRS network and Internet,and displaying it on the interface,and storing it in the database.The ability to achieve node selectivity is a feature of this article.According to the data returned by individual nodes,it is judged whether there is any water leakage in the surrounding area.If a leaky condition is detected,the other nodes in the area are opened to locate the leakage point,so that the monitoring of the designated area can be realized.
