Microwave spectrum of 6~18GHz and26.5~40GHz are widely used in areas such as biological instruments,remote sensing and radar missiles.Compared with vacuum electronics,microwave and millimeter wave power module has significant advantages on smaller size,higher integration,higher gain and lower noise figure.The power module has greater output power and is more efficient than solid-state amplifier circuit.As a result,this kind of circuit is irreplaceable in many occasions.This paper focuses on the solid-state drive modules in the power module.The drive module is composed of power amplifier with particular gain and equalizer maintaining flat gain in the entire band.Capacitive loading theory and slow-wave structure are analyzed at first,based on these theories a miniaturized gain equalizer loading capacitance and a novel model of slow-wave structure realized by substrate integrated waveguide(SIW)are accomplished.Loading capacitance is an effective way for miniaturization from perspective of loading capacitance in equivalent circuit.By loading capacitance structure to equalizer,an equalizer working in 6~18GHz is developed,of which the voltage standing wave ratio(VSWR)is lower than 2 and equilibrium exceeds 10 d B.SIW and slow-wave structure are analyzed briefly for their excellent performance on circuit miniaturization and higher frequency.In the foundation of half-mode SIW and a-quarter-mode SIW,a novel gain equalizer with slow-wave structure is developed.Test results show that VSWR is smaller than 2 and equilibrium exceeds 8dB within 26.5~40GHz.At the advantage of SIW,the size of circuit can be reduced significantly.After the above work,two solid-state drive module working in 6~18GHz and 26.5~40GHz are accomplished,and test results satisfy the project indicators.
