Shenyang Area Media Presentation Of Physician-patient Relations And Cognition Of Audience Research

Through the analysis of news reports 288 cases of doctor-patient relationship class,and questionnaire survey on the Shenyang local residents,in order to understand the patient the news report of how to construct the doctor-patient relationship;Shenyang city residents basic cognition to the newspaper about medical issues.First,through the collection of news text to found media for such issues can not be comprehensive and balanced between doctors and patients,reported in patients with image news mostly,disputes conflicts,accident reports accounted for only a handful of.In the statistics of the newspaper news source,most of the interviewees are patients.In terms of doctors or hospitals rarely involved,no chance to speak to the hospital,the public opinion "one-sided" situation,resulting in damage to the image of the doctor,become vulnerable groups in news.In the report of the relationship between doctors and patients,the news is usually neutral and objective,while the positive report is supplemented,the negative news is less.Genre,news and features occupy the dominant position.The relationship between doctors and patients has become an important part of medical reports.Second,through the questionnaire survey of residents in Shenyang,Shenyang residents of the medical coverage of the low degree of concern,"patients" "health care workers," the image of cognitive focus on the positive side.The media plays an active role in the process of the occurrence and settlement of the disputes between doctors and patients.The data input SPSS statistical software system in the survey analysis of demography,media involvement,attitude and patient reported medical reports show the status of the doctor-patient relationship and the cognition and attitude of correlation test.To sum up,in the process of communication between doctors and patients,the media has played a certain role and influence.There is a certain degree of difference between the residents of Shenyang and the issue of the local newspapers.In this paper,we investigate the opinions and perceptions of the residents in Shenyang,and put forward a lot of suggestions to improve the relationship between doctors and patients.
