In recent years,doctor-patient disputes in China have been increasing, injuries and medical incidents have occurred frequently, and the doctor's medical environment has deteriorated. The doctor-patient relationship has become one of the high-risk areas affecting social stability. With the rapid development of new media and the trend toward media in society, media reports,as an important field for observing the relationship between doctors and patients, have attracted the attention of academic circles because of their powerful discourse power and construction ability. This paper intends to combine the content analysis of media reports on the doctor-patient relationship with the audience's perception survey of the doctor-patient relationship, based on the perspective of attribution theory, compare the media attribution of doctor-patient relationship issues with the audience attribution, and discuss:1.What are the characteristics of the attribution of the media's responsibility in the doctor-patient relationship report? What is the audience's accountability for the doctor-patient relationship? Are the two attributions consistent? What are the similarities and differences?2.What are the similarities and differences in the accountability of different media(official media, online media, professional media in the medical field)for the status quo of the doctor-patient relationship? What is their impact on the audience's perception of the status quo of the doctor-patient relationship?3.Does the media's attribution in the doctor-patient relationship report affect the audience's cognitive attribution of the doctor-patient relationship? How should the media properly report on the doctor-patient relationship? This article analyzes 210 doctor-patient relationship reports from "People's Daily","Tencent News" and "Health Daily" in the past three years. At the same time,it combines the analysis of 262 doctor-patient relationship report cognition questionnaire samples. The status quo of responsibility for the doctor-patient relationship reflected in media reports has different characteristics:People's Daily and Tencent News tend to attribute the responsibility for the doctor-patient relationship to personal factors, especially the patient."Health News" tends to remain neutral, and does not clearly show preference for attribution of responsibility for the status quo of the doctor-patient relationship. The study also found that the attribution of the audience sample's responsibility for the status quo of the doctor-patient relationship tends to social factors, which has different characteristics from the media's attribution.Based on the above research conclusions, the author further found that The audience sample is affected to a certain extent by reports on the doctor-patient relationship and is not optimistic about the status quo of the doctor-patient relationship. In addition, the media's single responsibility attribution preference for the status quo of the doctor-patient relationship makes the audience samples lack trust in media reports on the doctor-patient relationship, which leads to the weakening of the influence of the media reports on the doctor-patient relationship. On the basis of summarizing the research results, this study further analyzes how the media reports on the doctor-patient relationship reasonably, reflects on how to optimize the report on the doctor-patient relationship, and establishes the public's objective understanding of the doctor-patient relationship.Put forward the following principles of doctor-patient relationship reporting:First, maintain comprehensive and diverse reports on doctor-patient relationship;second, avoid single responsibility attribution in doctor-patient relationship reports;third, strengthen the medical analysis of doctor-patient relationship reports Professionalism,to strengthen the authority of media reports on the relationship between doctors and patients, and guide the audience perception of doctor-patient relationships.
