In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization in our country,The way of power transmission is gradually transferred from traditional erection of high voltage cable in upper air to underground cable laying.Through the mode of power transmission by underground cable laying,this mode does not occupy the ground space and affect the beauty of the city construction and also has many other advantages.However,the power cable laid in the cable trench,whether the power can be transmitted effectively is closely related to the environmental state in cable trench.In the past,the supervision of cable trench mainly through manual inspection to examine,record and analyse the environmental states in different locations of cable trenches.However,this method not only couldn't reflect the environmental state of the cable trench in real time,but also led to a large amount of human resources consumption and low inspection efficiency.So it is necessary to make full use of computer network technology to design a real-time monitoring system for the environmental state in cable trench and realize the function of grasping the real-time environmental state in cable trench.In this paper,the actual demand of the monitoring of the environmental state in cable trench is analysed and a remote monitoring system of the environmental state in cable trench based on GPRS technology is proposed innovatively combined with configuration technology,GPRS technology,solar technology and so on.In this monitoring system,it is mainly composed of the environmental state data acquisition devices,GPRS DTU and KingView 6.55 software in monitoring center.In the environmental state data acquisition devices,the sensors that meet the actual needs of accuracy are selected,in order to detect the environmental state indictors in cable trenches in different locations such as temperatures,humidity,combustible gas concentrations and liquid levels.These collected data are transmitted to GPRS DTU by the data acquisition module based on MODBUS-RTU protocol.Then these data are packaged through GPRS DTU and transmitted to monitoring center by GPRS network.Under the control of KingView 6.55 software,these data can be received and managed in the monitoring center.During the process of data transmission,it is necessary to match the different protocols among different devices.The monitoring center makes use of many advantages of KingView such as strong generality,great developable and expansibility to realize the configuration of different devices and finish the software design of the monitoring system.In the software system,the designed project in KingView can display the real-time monitoring environmental data and the staff can understand the actual situation of the cable trench in real time.At the same time,trend curve function?report function?alarm function?GSM alarm SMS function?GSM message sending platform function?database function are designed in KingView project.These functions can integrate data resources effectively and facilitate the staff to manage and analyse the environmental state data in cable trenches of different locations.In the power supply system,the advantages and disadvantages of different power supply schemes are demonstrated and the scheme which is combined solar panel with colloid battery is adopted.The power supply system can guarantee the continuous and stable power supply to the devices effectively.Through experiment debugging,the remote monitoring system has the advantages of good real-time performance ? high transmission efficiency?less wiring and low failure rate,which can meet the requirements of real-time monitoring of the cable trench environment state.
