Research On Remote Monitoring System For Solar Water Heater Based On Internet Of Things

With the continuous economic and social development,we are in the era of Internet and mobile Internet,and the era of the Internet of things is quietly coming to us.The Internet is a computer network,and the Internet of things is the object of the network,with all the features of the network communication can be connected to the internet.In the future there will be a number of automatic control terminal connected to the Internet of things,the Internet of things to become the control terminal,which brings a huge business opportunities in the field of remote monitoring.Nowadays,the energy crisis is attracting more and more people's attention,and people's awareness of environmental protection is getting higher and higher.Solar energy,as a kind of clean energy,is widely appreciated.The technology of solar water heater is widely developed.However,due to the contradiction between the capacity of the water tank and the heating rate and the influence of the rainy weather,the current solar water heater adopts the photoelectric double energy heating method.In this context,it is necessary to monitor the solar water heater remotely.In this paper,several kinds of remote monitoring technology of solar water heater are compared,and the remote monitoring system of solar water heater based on WeChat public platform is proposed.The use of WeChat public platform remote control home solar water heater,real-time view of the operating parameters of the solar water heater,the end of the solar water heater fault information.This paper mainly includes two aspects of technical difficulties,the development of solar water heater implements network control terminal,so that the solar water heater controller common with network communication function;development of remote monitoring system software of the server.The server also has tens of thousands of concurrent processing network connection function.The research work of this paper mainly includes the following points:(1)After studied the current technology of solar water heater technology and Internet of things,based on the remote monitoring technology of solar water heater,the technical framework of this paper is proposed.(2)The hardware implementation of the solar water heater control system based on internet of things,which includes the design of the clock circuit,power supply circuit,TTL serial port circuit of the single chip microcontroller system,the design of the SIMcard circuit and also the PCB layout.(3)The software implementation of the solar water heater control system based on internet of things,which includes the implementation of the GPRS module AT command,the Internet of things special communication protocol,the transplantation of ucos embedded real-time operating system and the realization of the overall software of the system.(4)The integrated debugging of the remote monitoring system for solar water heater.
