National security issues are diverse,that is,not only facing a variety of traditional security issues,but also dealing with non-traditional security threats.As the intelligence serves the national security strategy,which requires that intelligence studies should provide the theoretical support for the intelligence practice in the security field and provide support for the training of the security intelligence professionals.This article starts from intelligence education,investigating the curriculum system of intelligence studies of four American educational institutions,including professional intelligence personnel training institutions,intelligence training institutions,the intelligence community united with local universities,and local universities with intelligence courses.It is found that the intelligence education in America focuses on the basic theory of intelligence studies,cross-research with other related disciplines,certificate or minor and other forms of learning,and the practicality of the courses.In China,the research of information science is mainly for the fields of library science,literature and information,and is less oriented to security.Security-oriented intelligence education is limited to public security(public security intelligence studies)and military field(military intelligence studies),reflecting the lack of research on the theory and method of intelligence related to 12 security areas.However,there are a lot of intelligence practice in the areas of economic security,science and technology security,resource security and other fields.From the point of view of intelligence work needs the guidance of the theory and personnel training,intelligence studies needs to be introduced into information science.It is necessary to introduce intelligence studies,which has the main characteristic of security research,and integrate the commonality of other branches of intelligence studies in our country into information science to form a two-wing information science system that serves both development and security.Comparing information science and intelligence studies from two aspects:intelligence gathering and intelligence analysis.Introducing part of the knowledge not involved in information science.Making some of the theories and methods of information science and intelligence studies complement each other.By comparing the curriculum system and teaching situation of information science and intelligence studies,combining with the analysis of the introduction of the theory and method of intelligence studies,this article construct the intelligence courses according to the "goal-ability-knowledge system-curriculum system and practice teaching system".According to the revision of Bloom's taxonomy of educational objectives,this article determine the intelligence educational objectives and infer that students should have the competency of knowledge,technology,quality,execution.Based on some theories and methods of information science,intelligence studies is introduced to construct the knowledge system,including intelligence research,intelligence management,intelligence application,intelligence technology and other intelligence.This article discusses the principle of setting up the curriculum system of intelligence studies in our country and supplements the framework of intelligence studies curriculum system and practical teaching system,making up the deficiency of intelligence education in information science,so as to construct the information science curriculum system with Chinese characteristics.
