Curriculum refers to the schools that selected for the establishment of various types of courses and arrangements.Curriculum includes a reasonable course structure and rational course content.Curriculum which must meet the requirements of training objectives,curriculum focused on the training objectives in the school curriculum plan. The Computer Science Curriculum research of HeBei Higher Teachers College is relatively weak and general, so we should reform and development Computer Science Curriculum of Higher Teachers College to improve the competitive strength in the job market's. While it is helpful for the Computer Science of Curriculum theoretical system of Higher Teachers College.The main factors which affects curriculum are including that the theoretical basis of curriculum development, the choice of curriculum objectives, the choice of course content and the organization of curriculum implementation. The theoretical basis of curriculum development think that the three major factors of psychology, sociology, philosophy are recognized in academia. Basic sociology course think that he main function of education is to develop the capacity needed of the community and maintain social harmony and stability. Generally we also belive that hilosophical foundation courses is Marxist Philosophy.The curriculum objectives are both systematic and integrity,while help the students adapt to society and erstand the society and understanding their role. The curriculum also help students put classroom learning into knowledge and skills. The choice of courses referred to as "Course Selection",which is based on specific educational values and the corresponding course objectives, the knowledge of the subjects of contemporary social life and experience or the experience of learners in the process of selection of curriculum elements. Curriculum implementation is that a curriculum plan is to put into practice the specific process. Curriculum implementation focus on curriculum changes in actual practice and the extent or impact of changes in the factors.In order to understand the computer in Higher Teachers College Curriculum, so that we survey the computer science curriculum of Hebei Higher Teachers College Curriculum. In my research there are four areas,for instance the course objectives, specific curricula, selection and organization of course content and implementation of curriculum. Survey showed that:1. Professional training objectives is not entirely consistent with social demand for talented people.There is a a serious mismatch phenomenon that in view of the current Higher Teachers College graduates frequently hop the job or transfer.We should consider taking into account the needs which the graduates take part in the entrance exams foe posgraduate schools,so set up training objectives of students development. Admitted to graduate schools to continue to pursue advanced studies and enhance personal qualities or professional knowledge and skills. but also can alleviate the severe employment pressure.2.Targeted curriculum is not clear. Teacher Education Curriculum computer professional relevance, purpose and point is not clear,which is lacking of corporate status in accordance with the necessary knowledge, ability and quality requirements.So it is not suitable for cultivating strong professional skills of specialized personnel.Curriculum approach is not fully taking into account the actual situation of the students. The skill Training curriculum are less in the practical curriculum and school teaching time.3.Curriculum is obsolete. Textbook publishing are serious outdated.Taking the teaching courses is lack of classification of teaching.4.Curriculum implementation is relatively arbitrary.The current set-up and implementation of professional courses are largely in accordance with existing specialized courses ofr teachers and teaching conditions to carry out.Based on theoretical research and practical investigations,this paper effectively improve the computer in Higher Teachers College Curriculum Countermeasures.1.Establish a scientific professional training goal. Training objectives should be based on the students after graduation to determine the different ones.2.Clear the principles of computer science curriculum. Basic principles. Teachers colleges basic requirements of computer education is to train primary and secondary schools, computer education for teachers and other educators. The principle of the development. And society are closely related to computer science courses which to be timely reflect the needs of the computer industry's latest technologies and development. Practicality,we should increase the practice of specialized courses hours.3. Optimize the curriculum structure to update the course content.4. To setup further strengthen the ranks of teachers to increase capital investment in hardware.
