Research On The Risk Management Of Blockchain Mobile Payment Project

Blockchain Mobile Payment project,is a Fintech project by F Company,through the Blockchain technology R&D to provide innovative financial services solutions for the financial industry to solve the trust,cost reduction and decentralization and other shortages and offers sustainable development capacity.The success of the project is related to the presence of F Company's financial integration capability in financial innovation.Through the case of Blockchain technology in the field of mobile payment,which aims at providing a valuable reference on establishing a Risk Management System for other Blockchain project.At present,the risk management on application of Blockchain technology has not yet been fully studied.The emergence of new financial technology,with its unique risk characteristics,should be designed on risk management system.The thesis aims at establishing the risk management system through the research of this subject,so as to provide reference on risk management to other enterprises in the future.Based on the IT project risk management theory,thesis combines the specific function of the verification mechanism of the mobile payment project.In view of the risk characteristics of the new technology,using Design Thinking method,which is different from the common risk identification method,jumps out of the limitations of the traditional thinking routines,transforms it into visual thinking and identifies the risks with innovative perspective.Through the evaluation to analyze risk characteristics of the Blockchain technology,ordering the risk impact from high to low and putting forward the corresponded risk management strategies for Blockchain mobile payment project.Redmine software is adopted as project management software to monitor,track and timely feedback risks.With all of these procedures,thesis is achieved the effective of both theoretical and practical.The research content of this thesis mainly includes three aspects: one is to analyze the risk characteristics of the block chain technology,the second is the risk management process for Blockhain mobile payment project,and the third is the framework system of the risk management for Blockchain mobile payment project.The conclusion is that the risk management of the Blockchain payment project should pay special attention to the technical risk of the new technology.The importance of risks on the technology should be prior to risks on business.The innovative method should be applied to the fields such as risk identification to put forward an effective risk strategy.By using the project management software,the risk can be dynamically tracked to achieve the outcomes on risk control of Blockchain project.
