With the development of computer science,the speed of data interaction and data transmission becomes more and more rapidly.Especially in the field of industrial control,the PCI-Express(PCIE)bus has brought enormous benefits to the development of society and industry as well as application values.Therefore,data acquisition system with high speed,high precision,high stability,and low cost become a key factor in the development of industrial control.As the third-generation IO bus technology,PCIE has been applied to the daily industrial control field.This paper is based on the general advantages of PCIE bus,combined PCIE bus technology with data acquisition,provides a technical solution to achieve high speed data acquisition in the field of industrial control.On the other hand,in order to reduce the cost of Industrial Control Computer,this paper proposes a method based on multi-channel analog-to-digital conversion chip,which can achieve multi-channel data acquisition.Therefore,we can use one computer to monitor the data collected by multiple equipment.To begin with,this paper carries out in-depth studies about the PCIE protocol,selects the development platform.In addition,In order to meet the data transmission speed between computer equipment and FPGA,this paper Using FPGA to achieve PCIE bus interface through the VHDL hardware description language implementation the PCIE IP configuration space PCIE data transmission module and PCIE data receiving module,carries on the overall design scheme of multi-channel data acquisition in DMA way for data transmission,achieve the function of PCIE bus interface technology.In addition,in order to achieve the target to multi-channel,high-precision,low-power and reduce the cost of production of industrial control equipment,this paper put forward based on AD7616 for analog-to-digital conversion and based on the C # language design Winform to display the data collected.Finally,test the PCIE multi-channel data transmission system based on FPGA,achieve the overall simulation test.Build a simulation test platform,not only test PCIE modules and AD data acquisition module but also make the whole system simulation and actual test.According to the test results,we can see that the average velocity of data acquisition system is 171MB/s,achieve the goal of the system.This system is efficient and stability.The analog-to-digital convert data could be transmitted stability through the PCIE bus technology at high speeds to the PC,so the PC can display properly.In a word,research results promote the PCIE bus technology in the field of industrial control applications,and meet the need of data acquisition.
