Compared to a single sensor,array sensor has a significant advantage.of getting more information on the accuracy and amount of information.Sensor array digital capture and transmission system can capture a large number of sensor information,and can achieve high-speed data transmission.This design of the sensor array of digital acquisition and transmission systems,sensor data collected by the data acquisition board,through data collection board will bring together the various data acquisition board data together and sent to the PCI Express card,PC throught DMA to read data of PCI Express board.Sensor array digital acquisition and transmission system implementation uses a modular approach,the overall demand for systems based on the analysis,design and implementation of various modules,including data acquisition module,data collection module and PCI Express module.Data acquisition boards mainly implements two functions,including sensor data acquisition and data transmission.Data collection module data transfer entire data to PCI Express board,PCI Express board main achievement of PCI Express bus,including DMA transfer process and drive procedures and simple terminal program.Data acquisition board and data collection board are in the hardware circuit board the Spartan-6 family XC6SLX45T as the main chip,use of LVDS as interface communication,data acquisition boards using AD7610 analog signal acquisition sensors to acquisition data of analog signals,data collection board use SFP module to communication with PCI Express card.In the program side,use state machine to control AD chip,use of Xilinx Aurora IP core to implements inter-board communications.PCI Express card is the final part of the system transfer,PCI Express card selected Xilinx development board VC709 directly,VC709 development board supports PCI Express Gen X8 hard core.On the program,PCI Express boards need to generate a PCI Express IP cores and realize DMA transfer mode;On the PC side,need to implement PCI Express device drivers,and simple terminal program..
