The Design And Implementation Of Regional Customer Information Management System Of Commercial Bank

In the operation of Banks,the management of customers;information is essential.In order to make better for the management of the branch of customers' information,to avoid high error rate,low resource utilization of customer and bad sharing state like before,and to provide unified and real-time access service of customers' information for headquarters and regional branches,we designed and implemented the customer information management system for commercial banks.This system used Java Web to develop,and it based on browser/server mode,to achieve zero deployment and zero maintenance for the client.The system adopted the current popular technology Spring,Struts and Hibernate technology for development,at the same time used MVC pattern to achieve the separation of the data processing and business logic.And the front desk used DIV + CSS layout,making it not only beautiful and easy,also increasing the page load speed.The database used SQL SERVER 2014 to ensure the safety of data.This system is divided into four modules based on the specific businesses of customers' information management for a large joint-stock commercial bank branches,respectively are the working platform management,customer management,project management and systems management.Work platform management is designed to guide and manage the specific work of the current user,including the announcement management,the message center management,personal information management,project application management,task management and my work platform management;Customer management aimed to maintain and manage customer information,including customer query management,group clients management,target customer management,project application and approval management;Project management module is designed to manage the branch of the construction project of the region,including query projects and maintenance projects;System management module is aimed at the management of users,roles,organizations and work flow,including workflow monitoring management,role management,user management,report management,organization management and the process definition management.This system has been running,and it well realized the scientific management of the customer information,effectively improved the utilization rate of customer information,and helped to promote the rapid development of the banking and finance business.
