Currently, the bank has the great pressure from the competition in the market. In order to occupy a seat and be in a leading position, they always need to manage the main customers. Meanwhile, they for further satisfying the need of the market and environment are to provide better quality and efficient service for the main customers, ensure the effective management of the main customers, guarantee the main customers' service quality, to provide effective support for the main customers'front-end departments,to enhance Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Laiwu Branch's competition ability, so that they imagine to weave a more practical system to achieve the main customers'resources unification and to control. My work is mainly the marketing and management for corporate customers and individual customers. At present the banking system, thy their best to train their own tribe of customers, deepen understanding and mining customers, choose the appropriate product and recommend to applying customers at the right time and find a effectively way manage them, increase customer service shooting, reduce the nonprofit customer service costs etc, which are a big problem for their managers.In process of system development we always use object-oriented analysis and design idea to analyze the demand and give each function an object oriented design, adopt J2EE technology system, OraclelOg database, WebSphere6.0 application server MVC design thought in multilayer architecture design, and realize separation between data and view. In this paper, we have comprehensively analyzed the information management of the main customers, divided the whole management work into account management, marketing management, early warning management, task management and so on, for each part done more detail to using case analysis, completed the system function's definition. On system technology, we have put forward the system's design goal; On the technology, used multi-level design, carefully discussed the interaction between the hierarchical structure design and level. About the function design, we take the functional diagram, timing diagram and other main means to do a detailed design. Finally we use multiple screenshots for system's realization, and describe the designing of the system of the key technologies. Through regular scanning head office's database, we can obtain the main customers'information defined according to a certain rule, then use advanced database management process such as advanced data warehouse technology, generate some the important data report decision with support functions. At the same time management personnel can also through this system, public announcement, examine various decision-making information, issue instructions to employees, search for the big client, grade the big client, provide the big client with effective service, and timely communicate with them on various situations (including warning) etc. Generally speaking, this system for each department has a very important use value.The design's content in this thesis has successfully tested the daily work in Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Laiwu Branch, and basically satisfied daily needs. Also we hope that this design can play a certain reference and guidance for some other main bank customers'information management work.
