With the rapid development of computer technology, computer applications in the daily management of the rapidly growing popularity, the use of computers for enterprise information management is imperative. Customer management system for enterprise business process re-integration of user information resources for the effective way to manage customer relationships within the enterprise to realize the sharing of information and resources. Customer management system in the system design to help companies in charge of personnel management department to improve work efficiency, enterprise customer information management and systematic management, standardization and automation for the ultimate goal. Therefore, a need to develop to meet enterprise customer information management, customer transaction management software to facilitate business communication and transactions with customers.The system uses object-oriented analysis and design methods, the use of UML for systems development at all stages of the model. The core of the system using jsp technology programming language programming language, Struts technology, specifically to achieve jsp programming and SQL Server2000database technology customer management system. I am on the client management system analyzes the business needs and participate in the development of the system part of the module, while a summary of some modules in the design and maintenance of the system later. This paper describes the system to achieve the main problems to be solved; on the system’s goals, design principles, system architecture and system focuses on the function modules; through the existing computer networking technology and customer management situation analysis, a customer management system solution model; same time, through the development platform based on J2EE technology, Web services research, the customer management system and effective solutions.System implements the entire customer management capabilities to the client from the customer management and management of the entire order management process. Implemented online customer management (part of Enterprise Resource Management), users registered as a customer; to achieve the enterprise sector through the Internet for customer information management, customer type management, transaction management, or on the Internet to sell their own products; information management in the customer management system to achieve the realization of practical work, delete, change, search customer, potential customer information, documents and also shows the customer service record.The system was developed for business and enterprise management unit for the object, can help companies improve efficiency and to ensure the accuracy of customer information and real-time, enterprise customer information management, systematization, standardization and automation. The customer management information system can prompt the customer to modify the information collected; it is a dynamic change, to ensure consistency of information, timely and relevant departments of the enterprise customer personal information to obtain reliable, easy to make full use of resources in order to improve enterprise core competitiveness.
