Futures industry is developing rapidly in recent years, asset management, and external disk arbitrage, Internet banking and other innovative business flourish. Data center environment at its background data centralization requirements of futures companies under the new system is more stable and robust, and have a certain disaster recovery capabilities, eliminating information silos, to achieve the financial industry data centralization of planning objectives, reduce systemic risk.The data base system to the Oracle database using ETL(Extract Transform Load) technology, through the open source ETL tool to achieve a production system data extraction, information management systems used as basic data sources finishing after cleaning, to query reporting and production data separation purpose. Architecturally using Microsoft C # and.Net technology layered architecture to achieve a logical layered software architecture to improve security. Substitute in the data access layer uses ODP.Net traditional ADO.Net, makes the database access and operation more stable and faster.This paper studies the design of the futures company information mana gement system to achieve customer management subsystem, the system as an important part of the futures company information management system, not only learn from the integration of some features CRM(Customer Relationship Management) system, but for the domestic futures industry, the actual characteristics of futures companies, from customer management needs reality, excavation for the purpose of high-quality customers, through customer classification management, provide targeted and differentiated services to provide a guide for the company's marketing and management, thereby creating new customer value and business growth point.Customer management subsystem includes customer information management, intermediary information management, customer contract management, records management customer orders and customer classification management five modules and 16 sub-functions. Overall system design meet the initial design requirements, futures companies to achieve business needs customer management.
