Nowadays, the competition in business enterprises becomes more and more intense. Information technology plays an important role in modern enterprises. It not only helps business managers improve the work efficiency and reduce the cost, but also enhances the core competitiveness of enterprises. Information technology, especially management information systems and Internet technology has greatly improved the company’s management model.For a company, the customer is a very important resource. The quantity and quality of customer directly determines the enterprise’s profits. Customer relationship management information system thus can greatly improve the relationship between the business and the customer. It brings the convenience for the enterprises and the staffs to access the resources at anytime and anywhere which assist them make rapid decisions for the customer requirements.Yiwu Mengna is a company belongs to Zhejiang Mengna Corporation which is located in Yiwu City, the so called China commodity metropolis. It is a modern, international and professional company. The system developed in this thesis is customized for the company. The system covers the whole life cycle of customer services. It is divided into three subsystems, namely customer management subsystem, marketing management subsystem and system management subsystem in which the customer information management subsystem is the core and basis system. The customer information management subsystem includes many modules, such as customer service management, customer complaint handling, customer care management, customer statistical analysis, customer satisfaction and loyalty analysis, customer churn analysis, etc.The system development is based on the MVC pattern which consists three parts, the model, view and controller. The system design and development complied with the separation of user interface, business logic and data manipulation which brings reliable and secure performance. The System is based on B/S architecture which brings convenient access through any client with browser. The system analysis and design usedthe object-oriented UML language. The development language of the system is Java. And development environment is the Eclipse integration development tool. The system is developed using the method of software engineering to implement the requirement analysis, design, coding and testing.
