Design And Implementation Of Remote Training Management System For Electric Power Company

With the rapid development of information technology and economy,the power system of electric power technology equipment investment increasing,employees in order to increase and update their knowledge structure,the need for proper training.Through the Internet to remote training application scope is more and more widely.The traditional training mode has many shortcomings,such as the training time is too concentrated,the resources cannot be effectively using single,training content etc.According to the above situation,this paper designed the electric power remote training system.Electric power remote training system mainly USES the JAVA language,oracle database application system of data storage,combined with SCORM technology design and implementation of system development.The system mainly includes four modules,namely the training application maintenance module,maintenance module,mock exam management training experts and training learning management maintenance module.Training for maintenance module is divided into advance registration,change registration,cancellation registration,application status information maintenance and training requirements.Maintenance module is divided into training experts add training expert information,modify,training information,information query training information and delete training experts.Simulation test management module is divided into simulation examination,examination management and self-test three parts.Training learning management maintenance module is divided into the knowledge structure and evaluation,training management,operation management,training feedback and course answering questions.Finally,the system was tested and proved the effectiveness and robustness of the system.
