Design And Implementation Of Online Training And Testing System Based On B/S

In the recent years,online education and training has developed rapidly,which as an important way of-staff training,most people,especially some enterprises,public institutions,groups and companies has gradually chosen.Some large state-owned enterprise often organize staff centralized training study,which not only organization is difficult,but also a waste of manpower and material resources as well as training effect is often not ideal,while the online training and testing system,that is,by networking training,change the traditional passive learning way,improve the training and learning efficiency and quality,reduce the cost of enterprise management.We selected online training and testing system of the enterprise as the research object?discuss the design and implementation of online training and learning system in details.The system uses B/S architecture,has J2EE as its development platform and Oracle as its database management,while it is also programlmed with Java.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Firstly,we researched and made a detailed analysis on the enterprise status,designed the related process of the online training and testing management.Use case diagram was used to work for requirement analysis and modeling system functional modules.2.Then,the design of the system is introduced,including the system overall architecture design,system security design,database design and functional design,and separately divided the functional modules into six parts,that is,training resource managenment,training management,testing management,personal transaction mainagement,statistical analysis,system matagement.3.After,the detailed functions and specific implementation of the system described in detail,including the concrete functions of each module,the function module page introduction,the realization of the core fuinctions of the code,etc.4.Finally,Completed the function and the performance test of the system and given the test report,summarized the design and operation of the system.The online training system can not only learning,training,communication and other activities through the Internet or local area network,but also meet the organization of various examinations,competitions and performance appraisal,etc.the system provide strong data support for the enterprise of the quality of staff to conduct a fair evaluation and accurate analysis.
