With the development of economy, the enterprise also faces great challenges while developing. Enterprise should make strategic target clear, also should pay attention to enterprise staff's comprehensive quality at the same time. Enterprise should constantly cultivate the staff in every post to improve the staff's working ability and comprehensive quality, so they can become the driving force of enterprise rapid development.Enterprise post training is an important approach to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise. It is also the foundation of enterprise management and human management. Its effective implementation can help enterprises to achieve development goals and improve the ability of enterprise work at the same time. Enterprise employee training is a slow and complex process, and with the development of the enterprises, the size and species of the training post are increasing, so the system, scientific, systematic training methods are needed.Management information system with the computer system for data processing and information management, can improve the efficiency of management, make all kinds of management activities more quickly, accurate, and efficien. Appling management information system to enterprise post training can prevent unplanned training, handwork management, mixed and disorderly documentation management during traditional manual management. With the characteristics of the management information system, it can greatly improve the efficiency of the staff training information management and make the management more scientific and standardized.This system in combination with the practical situation of enterprises, with the aid of training needs matrix idea, using SSH framework, J2 EE and Oracle, develops post training integrated management system based on B/S. This paper first summarizes the research background and development of training management status quo, expounds the concept of post training and training matrix. It focus on analysis of the content of the demand and workflow for enterprise training management, then on this basis the system is designed and implementad. The article also shows the actual situation of the system database structure and the realization of the system.
