Research On R Monitoring System Development Project Schedule Plan And Control Of SY-LM Co.,LTD.

This paper focuses on the methods and practices of the project schedule management of R monitoring system.Based on the fundamental theories of the project schedule and the progress control,it is illustrated that the problems and the main performance in project management among the aviation research and development and manufacturing companies,meanwhile the new product development of modern aviation industry on the demand of the project schedule management is described.We acquaint to the scientific significance of the research and put forward the research approach of the plan-tracking-alteration of schedule.The professional content of this paper includes the following aspects:(1)Several information of background and the target of the R monitoring system are analyzed and the organizational structure of the project is discussed.On this basis,we make a survey analysis on the project schedule delay.Simultaneously,combining with the background of the project and the actual development needs,the objectives and requirements of the project schedule management are established.Thus we point out the direction and goals of the continuous improvement on the preparation and control of the project schedule management of R monitoring system.(2)In this paper,we take the theoretical study of the project schedule management as the point of departure,combine with the currently operating conditions of project of R monitoring system.A comparison of lessons during the manufacturing process between domestic and foreign related projects,we make an applied research and explore the principle,technology and method etc.among the theory of the project management.After optimization,we shall reestablish the project schedule and the project schedule control system of R monitoring system.(3)In full consideration of project resources conditions,proceeding from the constraint and coherence of the manufacture,support,quality control,process preparation etc.,the project schedule control system of R monitoring system is established.By using the FPGA as the master CCD driver and taking the image color interpolation as an example,the project schedule control system of R monitoring system in this paper,carries on the work breakdown of the project and the allocation of responsibilities.Following the steps of the process,WBS resolution of assembly process and the analysis of the critical path are governed.In addition,we make an optimization of the construction period.Through this study,we can further improve the level of project management and provide a theoretical basis and practical experience for the research design of congeneric products in companies.It will benefit for improving the level of project schedule management of companies and the market competition.Additionally,it offers some certain ideas and references for the project schedule management of the subsequent project in the company.
