Group Enterprise Performance Management System Design And Implementation

With the rapid development of information technology,transactions process between group companies become more and more scientific and modern,especially in terms of enterprise performance asses sment.Conventional performance assessment is informational encapsulated,non-automatic and personnel managerial,which leads to information circulation,work load increase,human resource management difficulty and finally talent loss.Group enterprises are the key to Chinese economy.Establishing an effective enterprise performance assessment system is not only good for improving staff quality,working performance and managerial team construction,but also promoting reform,enterprise development and enhan cing managerial level and market competitiveness.Based on the group enterprise's internal network,the main content of the thesis is to analyze and plan the demand of enterprise performance assessment management system,explaining its establishment enviro nment,designing the required database and finally realizing and testing its function.This paper,based on the actual situation of the current group enterprise performance management,aiming to fufill the practical requirements,achieves dynamic configuration management and performance assessment index timely query analysis,and so on,the main work includes the following aspects:(1)The system adopts B/S structure.The foreground programming tool is Visual studio 2015;the WEB server is IIS7.0;and the database server is SQL Server2012.(2)Enterprise performance index can achieve dynamic configuration according to the enterprise actual situation and manage dynamically,based on comprehensive performance assessment standards.(3)Adopting XML technology as the interaction among information carriers and establishing the unified technical standards for assessment information management,synchronization and safety.The proper functioning and effect realizing of the system solve the existing problems in group enterprises' management and can create more profits for enterprises.It is an indispensable management system in enterprise development.
