Design And Implementation Of The Performance Assessment Management System For Dalian New Star Company

Based on the demand of Dalian New Star Textiles Imp.& Exp.Co.,Ltd(Dalian NewStar Company),developing a personnel assessment management system is one of the urgent things.Assessment management is indispensable to the company development,for not only the help it offers to employee structure but also the increase profit it takes through employee and market.This article start with company demand,analyzes the application situation of China and foreign countries,and current situation of company’s employee.According to profession rules and company’s demand,we design and implement the assessment management system.In the article,we divide the company’s workflow into four parts: assessment management,assessment inquiry,employee capability management and system user management.And we implement them accordingly.Among them,assessment management module,for appraising employee assessment,is the core module.Assessment inquiry module is designed for employee who are appraised,through which employee can inquiry company policy and assessment information.Employee capability management module is the next module of assessment management,in which department leader can apprise employee in many facts.System user management derives form the system establishment,for system safety.The module is designed for managing user information,role and data backup.As to develop technology,the system uses B/S structure,implements information browser and interact.The platform is My Eclipse,developing language is JAVA,and using SQL Server manages background database.After design and implementation,the system implement expect goal stating in demand analysis.Most of the module function is implemented and the bugs are modified after testing.In conclusion,the assessment management system we have developed according to our research of Dalian New Star Company’s workflow,satisfies company’s assessment work demand.
