Performance management system is mainly a supporting performance management tool, its purpose is to better manage enterprise performance evaluation for HR services from the tedious work to extricate, to enhance the quality of HR management.This thesis describes the implementation of enterprise assessment principles, assessment criteria and assessment methods were briefly discussed and elaborated.Then, this thesis discusses the performance appraisal management system functional requirements and design.
