Design And Implementation Of A Workflow Based Enterprise Human Resource Management System

With the rapid development of Internet and information technology,the informatization has touched all aspects of the industry and redefined the way of enterprise management.Traditional information systems cannot meet the high demands of modern enterprises with respect to efficiency and flexibility.As the enterprise systems including human resource management system(HRMS)are typically subject to some business processes and rules,the workflow technology becomes highly useful in HRMS development.Therefore,this paper attempts to take advantage of the workflow technology in designing and implementing a human resource management system.The main contents of this paper include: 1.description on the current situation for workflow technology and human resource management system;2.discussion of workflow technology,ECA(Event-Condition-Action)rules,processes patterns and workflow management system based on ECA rules;3 unitization of workflow technology and ASP.NET MVC technology to develop a human resource management system,in order to enhance the ability of automation and flexibility of human resources management system,so as to enhance system interoperability.
