This review focuses on the lack of time andattendance module of human resources management system, combined with workflowplatform developed to compensate for their lack of workflow processes.This Paper analysises Workflow technology and use Ultimus BPM Suite platform,combined with human resources management system, create organization charts, flowcharts, detailed design of the electronic form of each process step, the step attribute is set,define the rules of the organization. The paper uses the relational database to storeworkflow model and workflow relevant data, and relational database design, data elementsare defined. In this paper, the creation and implementation process of the process instance,for example, shows the process to achieve results. In the system design, the use of theUltimus workflow modeling and management tools to make the model to describe theformal semantics based on event conditions, graphical features to ensure that the semanticspecification of the process model, strict mathematical logic, is conducive to the workflowdata exchange, to make modeling more convenient for the meaning of the model with theuser, in order to accurately describe the user environment and improve the model toimprove design flexibility, but also to ensure that the process system scalability, openness and stability.Attendance system based on the research has been Fully applied in our enterprise, and Iwas praised by the senior administrators,and greatly improves the overall level of information.
