Mobile library has brought users with literature information service out of time and space by using mobile intelligence devices as termination and by the support of mature communication technologies and wireless network as well as multi-media technologies.Nowadays mobile library has become important service model and development direction of future Digital Library.Featured with its excellent interactive ability,portability,activity and personalization,mobile library has drawn much public concern.However,with rapid development of internet and prevalence of smart phones,mobile library has some problems lying in old-fashioned service ideas,unfriendly system,insufficient advertisement and deficiency in resources construction and reconstruction.Therefore,this paper has researched on User Experience of mobile library and aims to answer the following questions: What's the specific connotation of User Experience? How to assess User Experience standards? What are the existing problems in it and what are the corresponding solutions?By collecting,sorting and reading large amount of related documents and literature,the author analyzed current situation of User Experience study on mobile library at home and abroad.The research conclusion reveals that the specific connotation of mobile library User Experience is complicated and comprehensive mental feeling of users coming from the interaction between subscribers and mobile library,which includes subjective feeling and availability.Subjective feeling means what the users feel in the aspects of sense organ,interaction,emotion,suffering,credibility,function and technology.Compared with other User Experience models,Google HEART has advantages in catering to users and products,stress of User Experience evaluation,comprehensive evaluation dimension and product design and decision.Hence based on enlargement and modification of Google HEART,this paper has established evaluation index system in wide range for mobile library User Experience,which consists of sense of joviality,involvement degree,acceptability and retention ratio as well as task completion rates.With a bold plan for this evaluation index system,the author designed a questionnaire survey of User Experience with 50 readers in library as participants.The survey result shows that although readers' opinions about mobile library UE are generally good,there are still some problems,such as slow system loading rate,stumbling and unstable running condition,unfriendly UI,unclear functional description and site entry,low user viscosity and efficiency as well as high access cost.This research focuses on the above problems and provides corresponding solutions in terms of function improvement,interaction enhancement,modification of information display ways and improvement of interface and technology.
