The Research On Evaluation Method Of Mobile Websites Users' Experience Assist With CAUX

With the growing volume of mobile applications and the hardware limitations of mobile devices,more and more user groups shift their focus on mobile websites.However,website teams seldom consider the influences come from mobile devices'parameters and the situations which users lie when mobile websites obtain services,so users can't obtain well experiences.The traditional laboratory method for researching mobile website user experience have four disadvantages:Need to rent a dedicated laboratory space,which means high cost;Long research cycle;Research sample size is limited;Users from the real environment,which means the data not effective.In order to overcome the limitation of traditional methods,user research tool,which named CAUX needs to be explored in the research of mobile website user experience.By comparing the CAUX tool method and the traditional laboratory method,the CAUX tool method is proposed to be used in the research on application advantages of mobile website user experience.In order to explore the how to use CAUX tool method to research the mobile website user experience,the author has done much work,such as use the idea of iterative improvement,the author continuously explore the capabilities and values of CAUX when applying tools to study the user experience of mobile websites.In the study of mobile website user experience using CAUX tool method,the author found that in the stage of data collection,the author should improve the ability of tools to access websites,acquire user access paths,and in the stage of data analysis,the author should add the ability of analyzing data automaticlly.Besides these,in order to validate the validity of CAUX tool method,the author applies CAUX tool method and traditional laboratory method to study the mobile website user experience,and through the discovery of user experience the quantity and quality of the problem,the research input cost and the data validity,the paper compares the two methods to prove the application value of CAUX tool and verifies the validity of CAUX tool usage method.The research results show that using the CAUX can find larger quantity and much more important user experience problems than traditional laboratory methods in mobile website user experience research.And using CAUX can reduce research costs and increase data validity.
