This essay mainly refers to exploratory analysis of evaluating andquantitative techniques adopted in mobile application users’experience. Firstly, based on the literature review, concerning theoperation dimension of users’ experience, the experience assessmentcan be split into three dimensions: the willingness of the users todownload, the quality of interaction experience, and the satisfaction offeedback. Initially proposed integrated analytic hierachy process andfactor analysis for quantitative research of mobile application users’experience.Through qualitative and quantitative research, it is concluded thatthe willingness of users to download can be affected by the user’scognitive level of application image, the visual attractiveness ofinterface and icon design; quality of interaction experience is mainlyinfluenced by the visual appearance, usefulness, ease of use,recreation, fluency, security of the power cost as well as mobile trafficcost, and index that implies the satisfaction of users’ feedback areusers’ desire of continuous adoption and initiative to promote.Here this essay commences the assessment of the mobile user s’experience with the mobile music application “bus.fm”, which is a kind of mobile client for indie music website. as the case study, andAnalytic Hierachy Process is used to elaborate the operation and stepsinvolved in the experience assessment in detail. Optimization of theinterface is introduced based on the evaluation results, and furtherassessment confirms this optimization, with improved adoptionexperience. Hence, it proves the validity and practicability of themethods and techniques used by this essay, and offering somereference value to future related research scholars.
