The construction industry plays an important role in the economic development of our country,and it has made a great contribution to the GDP growth. According to statistics, currently there are 60 million employees in China's construction industry, so the construction industry provides employment opportunities for many large workforce. With the continuous development of China's economy, the construction industry is in rapid enhancement of growth, and the construction industry will usher in more opportunities and challenges. The construction industry has high relevance, strong promotion, and broad effects to other industry, particularly in the promotion of social employment, professional labor force in rural areas which cannot be replaced.With the development of information industry, the informatization of construction industry also has a rapid development, more and more applications are found in the construction industry. Since the construction industry has the characteristics like wide distribution of information, complex information and so on, it is important for construction enterprises to use information technology to strengthen their management, and improve their efficiency. At present, the tool software has been widely used in the construction industry, such as engineering measurement software, engineering budget software; but the management software applications have uneven depth and breadth, and unbalanced development, some enterprises have not yet use information management system, while even some enterprises on-line some huge, complex management systems, both the learning cost and the application cost are high.In this paper, the development process is described in accordance with the requirement analysis?architecture design?detailed design?system coding and system testing ideas. The development of system management, project management, project management, schedule management, labor management, project task reminder, warning, mobile office, and other functional modules are realized. System modeling is finished by using case diagram in requirement analysis, database table structure design is described in detail and the system of each entity E-R drawing, and in the detailed design stage through the data flow diagram shows the logic implementation.The system uses the B/S structure, no need to install the client computer, through the Web browser to operate, only need to upgrade the server to finish upgrade, prior to the client using the C/S architecture, effectively reducing the user's maintenance and use cost. The system consists of the management platform and mobile client. The system uses eclipse as its development environment,and java as its development language.The management platform uses spring,ibatis framework based on J2EE management platform, and the mobile client based on android system uses maps and message push framework.In this paper, through the analysis of the group management requirements, explore the practical work process, combined with the idea of project management, using the method of software engineering, the design and implementation of system is finished. The system meets the requirements of the user's project monitoring and management needs of the business and technology, make project management more efficient and convenient.
