Research On Schedule Control Of Software Project Management

IT Project has such feature: fine professional division, widespread cooperation,complex and difficult technical characteristics. In the R&D process，IT Project notonly needs high quality technical personnel, but also some scientific managementmethods as a guide. At present, IT market competition is increasingly intense, how todo a good job of schedule control and management is a lot of IT enterprises have toface, and it is also a important way of guarantying the software on time delivery,quality assurance and cost saving.This paper based on the theory of Project Management, Software Life Cycletheory, the Schedule Control and Management theory, Holzer3D management theory.This research puts forward a model of three dimensions of the schedule control andmanagement, on the knowledge dimension hands, it illustrates the schedule controlrequiring tools and methods; on the logic dimensional hands, it explains theprocedure of solving schedule control problem; on the time dimension hands,according to the stage the schedule control focus of each stage. This article’sinnovative point is putting forward the integration of Schedule Control andManagement and Project Management for the first time.
