As the industrial production is strengthened in informatization and intelligentization,the industrial robots are used more and more widely,the technology of which also get more attention.The industrial robots become the important and core equipment in the field of the mechatronics and the symbol of measuring industrial strength of each country.In recent years,China has started to pay increasingly more attention to the industrial robot.The development of the industrial robot shows a tendency of rapid growth.At present,the robot industry ushers into an unprecedentedly golden period.The paper is based on the schedule management of XS's 165kg industrial robot,combining with the principles of management,in which it is used mainly as the theory and method of the project schedule management.The paper analyzes the whole 165kg industrial robot comprehensively and systematically,sets the project schedule program,and optimizes the program appropriately.In the process of the project,it controls and regulates the program according to the real situation,which provides the guarantee for the project.Firstly,the article introduces the background and the practical significance of the project,including the foreign and domestic development of 165kg industrial robot,the research idea and main contents and research methods of the project.Secondly,it introduces the theories of the project schedule management as the theoretical basis,including the connotation of the project schedule management,the detailed content of the project schedule management,the project schedule and project schedule control.Thirdly,it introduces the project overview of 165kg industrial robot,including the launch of the project,technical requirements and market prospects.Fourthly,it divides the project into three aspects,including the mechanical subproject,the electrical subproject and the software subproject,and then analyzes the project conditions of 165kg industrial robot from five aspects,such as activity definition,activity sequencing,activity duration,schedule development and schedule optimizing,which develops the detailed project schedule and perfection.Fifthly,on the basis of the project schedule program,it further discusses how to control the project schedule in the process of the operation,expected deviation and analysis in order to ensure the project on track.Finally,the conclusion of the article and the vision of the future are given,providing references for other similar projects.
