In the context of national reading hot development,Libraries across the country have launched a variety of reading activities?With the rapid development of the Internet and the widespread application of digital reading,the proportion of digital reading in the national reading has become more and more important?In particular,according to the Chinese Academy of press and publication in the Thirteenth National Reading survey report statistics show:Our country's digital reading rate continues to rise,digital reading contact rate reached 64%in 2015,an increase of more than 5.9 percentage points.Digital reading for the first time more than paper reading?The national adult online reading rate for the first time more than half,reaching 51.3%,an increase of 1.9%;the National Adult Reading on mobile phone was the highest,reached 60%,an increase of 8.2 percentage points,e-readers,Pad reading and reading are a growing trend?You can find the digital reading has become the main part of the national reading activities,so as to cultivate high-quality talents for national colleges and universities library digital reading promotion is already a very important part of the content,and the university library to carry out the digital reading promotion activities can play a promoting role of reading,whether can digital the user reading needs are met,there is not a complete digital reading promotion evaluation system evaluation?In this context,this paper constructs the evaluation system of promotion of a more complete university library digital reading in the perspective of the reader of the existing digital library reading promotion activities evaluation on its effect?In this paper the author through his research on the relevant aspects of previous arrangement and basic reference,proposed the establishment of evaluation index system of digital reading promotion activities,and 6 in the field of library science expert discussion and questionnaire analysis,summed up the evaluation system of 4 level indicators:the service resources and the environment,promotion activities,promotion activities and personnel,and below the 16 level two indexes?Wuhan University,Sichuan University,Zhongshan University,Shandong University,Zhejiang University,the 5 University Libraries and readers as the actual case,through the digital reading promotion evaluation system were obtained in the 5 universities digital reading promotion overall evaluation score?Through the statistical analysis of the scores of each index of service,resources and environment,promotion activities,promotion personnel and results of the activities of these four aspects put forward the improvement suggestions?It can be seen that this article not only enriches the evaluation theory of digital reading promotion research,but also carries on the practical case analysis and verification to the newly constructed promotion evaluation system for the first time,let the construction promotion evaluation system have the same case support,also let the university library There are more improvement strategies for its promotion activities?...
