The development of the material science and technology has deep effect on national science and technology,and the vacuum coating technology is a very important branch of the material science and technology.With more than a hundred year development,vacuum coating technology still has good prospect.It is used in many industry,such as building hardware,hardware,watch-making and so on.The vacuum coating system is the platform which realizes the vacuum coating technology.And the control system is an important part of the system,which takes charge of all processes of the technology realization.With the development of the vacuum coating technology,the technical requirements of the control system are stricter.The control system of the vacuum coating system change its control mode from manual operation to fully automatic operation based on industrial computer,and it has higher demands on friendly user interface and reliability of system operation.The equipment PIS-212 is a pure ion coating equipment with high performance,it is independently designed and fabricated by the Chun yuan of vacuum coating Technology Co.,Ltd.Anhui.The followings are the requirements for the control system:user rights division,rapid pumping and security protection for the vacuum system,flexible configuration for the complex process control,two-dimensional high-speed scanning with the step of 0.1ms,comprehensive process monitoring,comprehensive and detailed log system,supporting Excel file format and so on.Through the research on the control system of the vacuum coating product at home and abroad,we choose the hardware control structure of the upper and lower computer based on the C/S model and the software development environment based on Lab Windows/CVI.The modular software design method is used to divide the control system into 5 modules:user login,master interface,operating mode,system management and operation control.After its development was completed,the control system was put into operation in October 2016.The operation with more than six months shows that the control system is stable and reliable,the user interface is simple and friendly,the software function is plentiful and complete.The control system provides a great convenience to the technical staffs and the operators for designing and making the high-quality thin film product.So,it meets the design requirements.
