Programmable Controller (PLC) is one of the most important electronic controller at the industry autocontrol. Programmable Controller is a device of the automatic controller, the growth of the technology with the computer, communication, Microprocessors and autocontrol. Today, it becomes large rage of the industry autocontrol for it's reliability, plenty of programming language, various method of programming, bear the environment, high performance and that we can use it easily. An new type of PLC named PCC (Programmable Computer Controller) have been competent for large-scale DCS(Distributing Control System) and complex processing control.In this thesis, the topic of application is the basic an electric controlling system of nano-meter coating is presented here. It provides a new method of controlling system of PVD(Physics Vapour Deep) coating process. The system with programmable controller is more dependable than traditional controlling system based reliability. The elements of PLC have been analyzed. Then novel application and process are explored and investigated.The main results are as follows:1.The elements and configuration of PLC system are investigated in detail;2.The design and application of nano-meter coating autocontrol system based PLC are studied in detail and the relative mechanisms are discussed.3. Give a new trial for the technique of structure programmer and SCL(Structured Control Language) ,that provides high performance and we can use it easily. |
