| The intelligent double room vacuum coating machine, which is developed by this paper is the automation technology and vacuum coating technology in the mirror coating machinery and equipment of high-tech industry. The machine is currently the advanced mirror coating equipment which were the work of the two alternating vacuum room with a pumping unit. The vacuum coating machine composed of components like the coating room, vacuum system, electronic control system, etc. This paper mainly studies its electronic control system.The electronic control system of the double-room vacuum coating machine is composed of components like S7-200 programmable controller, TD200 HMI, sensing circuit and the implementing agencies, etc, controlling kinds of pumps, valves and control simulation evaporation of the vacuum system. TD200 HMI completes function such as the setting and monitoring of various parameters. Programmable controller, which is composed of components like CPU module CPU224 and simulation quantity output module EM232, completes function such as the detection of various parameters of the system, information processing and output control.The paper firstly analyzed system structure and double room deposition process of the double-room vacuum coating machine, and based on this, completed the hardware circuit design and software programming of the control system.
