In recent years, along with the national economic development by leaps and bounds,people’s living standard is increasing day by day, the environment problem more and moreserious, especially in the haze of the big cities is becoming more and more got everyone’s at-tention.Steel strip continuous vacuum coating is a kind of "green" coating, it won’t producegas, material harmful to the environment, therefore, the emerging low carbon, environmentalprotection technology is more and more widely attention and application.Steel with the de-velopment of coating technology in home and abroad has been very mature, also there aremany kinds of coating method, such as electrochemical, plating, plasma, etc.In these methods,most shortcomings environmental pollution and high efficiency.The view of the application ofthe western developed countries, mainly in the cable industry, the automotive industry, foodindustry, electrical industry, JianCun industry and other fields.Steel belt vacuum coating canbe vacuum aluminum plating, copper plating, nickel plated stainless steel, titanium and its al-loys.Aluminized steel strip can be instead of tin, galvanized steel strip supply industrial ap-plication, solved the tin plating steel strip used for food packaging problems caused by thepollution, improve the corrosion problem for cable armoring, etc, can save a lot of tin ingot,save the consumption of the imported from abroad each year a large number of foreign ex-change.At present in the steel belt vacuum coating technology development situation is verygood.In this paper, we study the steel belt vacuum continuous coating system, including thedrive system (speed, tension control, etc.), vacuum system (pump, valve, etc.) and coatingsystem (vacuum degree, target power, mixed gas, temperature, etc.) the three systems.As con-trol variables, the switch quantity is various, scattered field devices, industrial environment ismore complex, so are the omron company CJ series PLC as the control center, DeviceNetfieldbus as the distributed control network, mainly for steel strip continuous vacuum coatingthe construction of the electrical control system, details the omron PLC as the control centerof control process, and based on the hardware of omron company NB touch screen and thecorresponding configuration software NB-Designer write good man-machine interface, easyto realize human-computer interaction.Completed the mass flow rate at the same time, vacu-um pump and the adaptive control of motor speed detection unit control, such as target powersupply are described in detail the fuzzy PID control, network communication system designbased on DeviceNet fieldbus.In dacheng technology co., LTD.
